- Tony's Free Tiled Backgrounds - Tony Blalock serves up over 150 free seamless backgrounds for use in building Web sites. Good selection and variety. You may view thumbnail images of each background. Click on a thumbnail and you'll see how the background will appear on a Web site.

Banners can be animated, but must be under 10 kilobytes. Sites must be in English. No porn sites allowed.
- FreeDrive - Here's a unique, pioneering free service that gives you your own personal Web hard drive, available anywhere. With FreeDrive, you can easily upload & download any files you choose from anywhere. File uploads can be done with almost all Netscape browsers and Internet Explorer 4.0. (If your copy of IE is before version 4.0, you'll need to upgrade to use FreeDrive.) FreeDrive recently increased the amount of space it offers to 20 megabytes.
